Neil Eke- UK&I CEO

Neil, who brings over 20 years of experience within the IT industry, joins Logicalis from Computacenter, where he spent 12 years. In his new role, Neil will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and overseeing the operational activities of Logicalis UK&I.

Neil’s extensive background, encompassing innovative technology services, vendor relations, and hands-on IT management, positions him as a strategic leader capable of guiding Logicalis UK&I through its next phase of customer-centric growth. His appointment underscores Logicalis' commitment to empowering customers with tailored solutions to address their most pressing challenges.

Paul Stapley - UK&I Business Units Director

Paul joined Logicalis in 2020 to lead our Hybrid Multi-Cloud Practice in the UK. From 2022, he then became the Practices and Portfolio Director for UK&I, and from 2023 became the Business Units Director. Prior to joining Logicalis, in 2014, Paul became the founder employee and Managing Director of the UK business for a European Public Cloud MSP where he was responsible for sales, delivery and partner management.

Prior to that Paul spent almost 20 years working for BT, Tandberg Television and Ericsson, holding a number of business development and sales roles in the UK and Western Europe, predominantly in the media and broadcast industry focusing on video and data transmission infrastructure services.

Carly Hilling - Chief People Officer

Carly joined Logicalis in early 2022, bringing almost 20 years of experience in HR and legal services. Having held several senior roles in previous companies, Carly is passionate about driving business success through its people and providing support across the entire organisation.

Carly leads the HR team for the UK&I, ensuring that our organisation’s values are reflected in our strategic decisions and ultimately reflected in our company culture.

Louise Mahrra- UK&I Marketing Director

Louise is responsible for Logicalis’ marketing and communications activity across the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands. A member of the senior leadership team, her remit is to strengthen the business's market position, building continued, sustainable growth.

With over two decades’ experience in marketing and communications, in a range of verticals including travel and food production, Louise has specialised in ICT over the last decade, taking marketing leadership roles at Microsoft, Core Technology Systems and CAE – where her achievements led to her becoming a Finalist as Marketer of the Year at the CRN Women in Channel awards in 2023.

Louise prides herself on her human-centric, relationship-based approach to B2B marketing. While data and metrics are core to her evidence-based approach to marketing strategy, her ‘person-to-person, not business-to-business’ philosophy recognises what’s common in all high-growth services firms and underpins effective channel-based marketing.

Andrew Pring- UK Sales Director

Mairead Malone- Ireland Sales Director

Mairead joined Logicalis in July 2022 as the Ireland Sales Director, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector – working in all parts of the channel, from resellers to managed services providers – Mairead has a proven track record as a leader in both traditional and service-based sales.

Mairead joined Logicalis from Sungard Availability Services, where she worked across various markets including Ireland, the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Prior to that, she managed the sales, technical and marketing teams in Commtech (Arrow) as Commercial Officer. This followed a 10-year stint in Dell EMC.

Mark Lewis- Finance and Operations Director

Mark joined Logicalis in 2019 as the Finance Director of the UK business. In 2021 he took on a role as the Logicalis EMEA CFO, before returning to the UK&I business as the Finance & Operations Director in late 2023. Mark heads up our Finance, Legal & Commercial, Customer Advocacy, MIS & Security and Risk & Compliance functions, and is therefore responsible for providing the financial and operational foundations that enable the business to be successful.

Prior to joining Logicalis Mark has spent over 20 years in the IT & Technology Sector. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a graduate, where he gained his ACA qualification and spent 10 years working in the Technology Audit practice before joining Capgemini. He then spent 10 years working across several different Financial & Operational roles in the Application Development and Application & Infrastructure Outsourcing business lines of Capgemini in the UK.
